Sports Survey

July 4, 2020
 - Tim Hardman

When the UK went into lockdown on March 23rd because of the COVID-19 outbreak, many things about daily life and society changed. Because we didn't have much time to prepare, most of us had to change how we did everything, even how we worked out. These restrictions were put in place quickly, so there wasn't much time to plan or get ready. Many people had to stop all of their exercise habits. In the months since then, we've found ways to start exercising again, but we don't know when things will go back to normal.

What effects have the changes had on exercise plans, hobbies, and the ability to get coaching? A young person who wants to be an athlete is leading a study that looks at how lockdown and social isolation have affected people of different ages and groups. What we want to do is look at how people changed how they worked out and figure out how people generally felt about themselves during this time.

Please take a few minutes of your time to complete this completely anonymous survey here.
