Laura took on the role of Head of Clinical Operations in March 2024, inheriting and expanding our fantastic clinical operations team. Clients and colleagues find Laura to be a friendly and approachable manager. She is knowledgeable and passionate about Clinical Trials and spreads her enthusiasm throughout her team.

Laura has over 10 years’ experience in clinical trial conduct, having worked in Phase I units, mid-sized CROs and the NHS/academic environment. In her current role, Laura oversees conduct and delivery of our the clinical project management, monitoring and eTMF services. Her focus is on quality, client satisfaction and supporting her team to reach their full potential.

Laura has a BSc in Physiology from Newcastle University and a PhD in Neuroscience from Nottingham. She has published peer-reviewed scientific papers and book-chapters throughout her career. She still gets particularly excited when neuroscience projects come our way.

Outside of work, Laura has spent several years travelling and working abroad, soaking up different cultures. She enjoys nature, hiking and festivals, getting outdoors whenever she can.
